All About Math Level 5 Kit

All About Math Level 5 is the final of five levels in a delightful, multisensory program that carefully builds children’s understanding of how our number system works. This new level builds upon the foundation laid in All About Math Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4, introducing multiplication and division of fractions and decimals, generating and analyzing graphs and coordinate grids, exponents, and much more!

What’s covered in All About Math Level 5?

• All operations with fractions and decimals
• Area and perimeter of rectangles with fractional side lengths
• Volume of irregular figures and solving story problems involving cubic units of measure
• Interpret, analyze, and plot data on coordinate grids and graphs
• Solve problems using the distributive and associative properties

This kit includes:

• one Teacher’s Manual – non-consumable
• one Student Packet
  • one activity book “Gallop into Math”
  • Calina’s Math Fun Games
  • one sheet of camel-themed stickers

** If you are using Level 5 with more than one student at the same time, you will need an additional Student Packet for each additional student.

Additional Item Required: All About Math Manipulatives Kit (a one-time purchase per household used for all levels). You will also need a dry-erase board and markers.

Please Note: The level does not refer to grade level.  The lessons are mastery-based, not grade-level based.  Place your student according to their current ability rather than age/grade level. The book may be labeled “Level 5”, but this is not to indicate that it is appropriate for all fifth graders. Some will be older or younger when they are ready for this level.  Use the Level 5 placement test to determine if your child is ready to begin Level 5.
