BJU Science 5 Lab Kit, for 5th Ed

This kit corresponds with the BJU Press Science 5 Student Activities, 5th Edition.  It comes with those harder-to-find lab materials so you don’t have to spend time searching for them.  It will not work with the textbook alone.  It also does not work with previous editions.

With this kit, the student will engage in these hands-on activities:

• Collect and classify rocks by different characteristics
• Discover techniques to separating a mixture into its individual parts
• Demonstrate how wetlands filter water
• Learn which color of light is the easiest to see through fog
• and so many more!

See the ‘Kit Contents’ in details below for a complete list of included items.  They are not organized into weekly activities.  You will need to sort that out yourself and possibly provide some common household items or more expensive items such as a microscope.

Note: This kit is intended for parent/teacher use to complete curriculum lab activities with students. It includes items that are not designed or intended primarily for children ages 12 and under.
