Noodle Soup

When Jon’s family moves to the city, he is homesick and curious and excited all at once. But just as he begins to enjoy city life and his new friend, Skeet, he notices that something is wrong with his mother. He wishes that she were strong and happy like she used to be, and he begins to wonder whether moving was such a good idea after all. One day while he’s eating lunch with Skeet, he thinks of a plan. Maybe, just maybe, he can help Mom get well. With a neighbor’s help, Jon learns that God can use simple acts of kindness to make a difference.
