Sequential Spelling Level 4 Set

Sequential Spelling Level Four consists of 180 daily lessons totaling just under 4,500 words.  It begins with the word families “ish” and ends with the word families “ically”.

Level Four is normally undertaken by 9-10 year-olds.  Older children who have struggled or who are coming into Sequential Spelling from another program sometimes begin here.  However, this publication is often used for remedial work and it is very common for older struggling spellers to begin here.  Use the placement test to assess the best level for your student. The parent/teacher should feel at liberty to judge the student’s readiness.
