Extend your students’ knowledge about Canada by implementing the various ideas and activities into your classroom program.

Your students will explore and learn about the various facets that make Canada such a great country.

They will learn terms such as regions, provinces, territories, physical features, landforms, parallels of latitude, meridians of longitude, coordinates, map symbols, cardinal and intermediate directions, and scale.

Skills such as locating places on a map, recording on maps, interpreting different types of maps, comparing maps and regions are implemented in this resource along with many others.
